Grade 4 – £34,203.00 per annum full time

(Rising to £36,595.00 per annum after 12 months in post)

Working Pattern 

The department operates Monday to Friday 8 am - 8 pm.  A seven-hour shift pattern will be worked

Reports to Team Leader, Data Centre, Newcastle
Annual Leave 36 days per calendar year plus public holidays

The Legal Services Helpline is the first point of contact for members who call the helpline. In addition to dealing with phone enquiries and call re-direction, the role holder will work as part of a pooled administrative resource contributing to the provision of a high standard of service to Union members, at the direction of the Team Leader.
